Description: The objective of Good Shepherd is to offer an affordable alternative to inadequate infant and toddler care. Good Shepherd provides superior childcare to the children of the Missouri in a safe and secure environment. We serve age groups ranging from birth to 12 years old. The center is separated by age group, each with a program strategically designed for the participants’ developmental level. Each group’s day is tailored with developmentally appropriate activities that will stimulate them in several areas. Our center’s goal is to positively impact the total child by catering to them emotionally, stimulating them cognitively, helping them adjust socially and aiding in their physical development. We offer well-balanced, nutritious meals, educated and experienced staff in a safe, well-maintained, licensed facility. Good Shepherd recognizes the specialized attention infants require and welcomes the challenge. The care of infants requires adherence to stringent student teacher ratios and facility regulations. Therefore, many centers refrain from servicing this group. However, our level of service, our professional environment and our commitment to recruit and retain competent staff also give our enrolled infants a distinct advantage
