My name is Nahid (Nana) director of Golden Step Childcare and I’m a licensed in-home family childcare provider in Concord by the State of California, CPR, First Aid Certified. We are in a very good location with a safe environment, we are close to Concord Community Park and Bart Station. At Golden Step Childcare & Preschool (with 12 yrs. experience and teaching and psychologist certification from my country) we strive to provide a secure, happy, and enriching environment. I’m still studying Early childhood development at DVC to further pursue my education. Our Preschool/Childcare environment presents maximum opportunities for cognitive development, discovery learning, and an awareness of cultural diversity. Our Facility offers the best care and learning environment for their overall development. Children will participate in enrichment activities, such as free play, outdoor, indoor play area, Kid's yoga, Gardening, Arts, crafts, Circle Time, Music, dance, Math, and Science. Our facility serves daily fresh organic homemade meals and snacks that are approved by the Contra Costa Child Care Food Program to ensure your child will get the proper nutrition his/her growing body needs. Our Preschool/Childcare hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Also, we offer drop-in care as well. Golden Step Childcare has a very happy family-style vibe childcare. The children are sweet and welcoming and the families are kind and supportive.
