I have used a this provider for more than 2 years and didn’t have an any major issues with her services for my middle child! Now her services started to decline in recent times my 3 month old was scratched by her puppy she said that my baby put the scratches on himself. When I tried to discuss the issue with her she became defensive, dismissive and showed no remorse! I have videos that the scratches happened while in her care bc the videos that I took of my baby earlier that morning shows there were no scratches visible on his arm! So this lady never takes responsibility for anything that happens in her care she’ll deny it ever happened. She’s very unprofessional and ghetto! Her care has declined over the years because she her child there and allows her to do what she wants a bully the other little kids in care. She’ll have different people in and around her house and claim other wise that her business is separate from this and that. It’s the lack of accountability for me she gives zero f’s about the children and quickly let you know this is her livelihood and how she pays her bills just ridiculous behavior and I withdrew my child from her care in fear off retaliation bc she’s very passive aggressive as well. I wouldn’t recommend her for care due to the decline in service.
