Description: Goddard Riverside offers comprehensive early childhood education programs for children ages two to five and a wide range of support for their families. We offer four programs related to early childhood: one Head Start Center on West 95 Street and three Day Care Centers located on West 91 Street, West 84th Street, and West 83rd Street. Each center uses the Creative Curriculum as a foundation for classroom activities that promote intellectual, social, emotional and physical growth through hands-on exploration of science, nature and art. The shared curriculum fosters collaboration between our Day Care Centers and Head Start program. Children also benefit from Goddard Riverside’s partnerships with local museums, schools, and social service and health organizations. Goddard Riverside acknowledges the parent as the most important influence on a child’s development. Our staff assists parents by providing information and referrals. Parents volunteer in the classrooms, serve on program committees, and attend workshops and participate in activities.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

Just terrible. My child constantly had blow outs, was sent home sick when he was fine got boo boos and never did they inform me of such thing. Staff are rude and disrespectful especially the director. They have no interest in working with children and families. Its basically a place to leave your child for a few hours just to say you have someone to watch them. They are so lazy they cant even make a meal schedule instead they white out the old ones and post it. I do not recommend this place if you would like quality child care, want your child to reach milestones and beat the statistics. If not its just another child being raised in the “hood”.
