My kids been with this facility since Feb 2022, After a having a few run ins with upper management staffing professionalism, they’ve slightly improved. Although the turn over rate is high, The teachers have always been good to my kids. But the Owner of GCDC, she has no remorse or care in the world when it comes to price gouging for childcare! EVERYTHING including Childcare pricing has changed tremendously but she won’t raise the 10% sibling discount!!!!?? Not to long ago she DISCONTINUED the 50% discount to hold your child spot if absent for a period of time (I often send my kids to visit with their father side of the family back home due to me being a single parent in a new state), she’s now requiring parents to pay Full price even while they’re absent/holidays/unexpected events but the main issue is PLANNED ABSENCE that she’s aware that I do often since my kids father family are in another state! Completely UNFAIR cause my kids look Forward to visiting back home BUT with this new policy it forces me to keep them captive at childcare due to me paying same pricing as if they were present!
