During the investigation, the health department determined that during the time of the incident, a provider did shake a diaper changing table with a child on it. Resolution: At the time of the incident, the director issued a formal write-up to the employee. The employee was sent home that same day and not permitted to work the following day . Additionally, the employee was mandated to completed training through IdahoSTARS, covering topics such as adult behavior, early childhood education, and infant toddler care. This individual is no longer employed at Giraffe Laugh. | |||
