I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I cannot recommend this daycare/preschool to anyone. The staff is kind, but not very interactive with the children. There is absolutely no nurturing. Being state funded, if the child doesn't eat what they serve then the child doesn't eat because they don't want to lose out on state money by having 1 less mouth to feed from their pocket. They do not follow all dhs rules and the babies never leave their cribs/ bouncers except to be fed. It's the least stimulating childcare I could imagine. Absolutely cannot recommend.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My child went to this facility for a week, and it was the worst experience as a new parent. Very unprofessional people work here. The facility is NOT clean. They have cameras, and from watching my child at work, the babies are only taken out of their cribs to eat and get changed, they do not get tummy time or sit in bumpo seats, or walkers. The owner is VERY unprofessional like she is in her comment - you do not defend yourself the parent is always right! My baby got burned by them putting a bottle of breast milk in the microwave, which is a no -no, and I was standing there when it happened. The owner approached me in front of the worker in a very unprofessional manner, and accused me of lying. I have never felt more embarrassed, humiliated in my life. I took my baby out and they sued us. I tell EVERYONE not to use this facility!!! STAY AWAY !!!

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This place was the most unclean daycare facility I have ever seen. It always smelled just awful. The owners were the most unprofessional individuals and I could not believe such people could possibly own a childcare facility. The owners could not even speak sensibly enough to give me the information I asked for. I would not trust them as far as I could throw them. I would never recommend them to anyone. It's a joke they are still in business from what I have heard about them.

I am the owner

In response to the previous review, the bottle that is mentioned was not covered brown and slime. The bottle was however stained just like plastic does over time. This particular bottle was actually a bottle that was brought in with the child and not a bottle that we use here at the daycare. We most certainly wash every child's bottle. The child that is being mentioned was constantly brought to the daycare with inadequate clothing for the winter season. We do have cameras and you can see where the teachers wash the bottles at. We also, sent a letter to the parents and apologize, even though we were not in the wrong. Unfortunately we weren't able to give the deposit back to the concerned parent and they took to social media to write negative comments about the center. We encourage anyone who is interested in putting their child in a daycare to visit the facility and take a tour. That's the best way to see things for yourself! 870-639-3941 BRENDA GATEWOOD ONWER

My son started at this daycare at 3 months old. When he was 6 months old I picked him up and asked them to fix his bottle to go so I could run some errands and I would bring his botle back with him the next day. They did and after he poorly drank it and I opened it to wash it, it smelled so strongly disgusting and was covered in brown and slime. I got a headache just smelling it!! My son had been having allergy problems and respiratory problems along with runny diapers and some vomiting but no viral infections. I found it odd until I discovered this bottle they had been giving him all this time. They claim they have these cameras to protect the kids but the cameras don't show where they wash the bottles because they don't wash them! They are gross! And its not only one employee, it's several that could have not mistaken his bottle for being anywhere near clean!! I would never take my child back there. That place it a joke. They refuse to admit or even apologize about the inccident and I reported them to DHS! No excuse!!
