First United Methodist Church Kindergarten was created and continues to strive to provide a quality half-day early childhood education program in a Christian environment with extended day opportunities that will benefit the child, the parent, the church, and the community
Our Goals
To provide opportunities for beng with other children in a setting conducive to the development of wholesome social relationships.
To provide appropriate activities that contributes to the developmental needs of the child
To provide activities that are based on the child's individual needs, interests, abilities, and disabilities, that offers the foundations for future reading skills and other academic pursuits.
To develop in the child a good self-image and sense of personal worth; to develop the knowledge and experience of being loved by God.
To develop personal skills to set a task and coplete it, and to develop creative exploration and thinking in solving problems.
