Gathering Tree in-home Preschool has ONE spot available for ages 2 - 5. Full days or half days available. Preschool curriculum (phonics, letter recognition, HWT, number recognition, basic math with manipulatives, science experiments, calendar, safety, manners, etc), arts & crafts, music, calendar / Circle Time, story time, kids yoga, and Splash Day (outside water play, Summer only). Healthy meals and snacks are included. Menus provided each month. Very low ratio - 4 kiddos maximum. Located in south Austin (Oak Hill), just off Hwy 290 between Circle Dr and Scenic Brook Dr. Large fenced backyard with shady oak trees, playscape, and a garden. Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Listed Family Home with Tx DFPS. I have passed a nation-wide background check. I am a married mother of one preschool-aged son. I have a degree in Biology and over 15 years of experience working with young children as a preschool teacher and nanny. Rates: full time: $175/week. Mornings only (7:30-12:30 or 8-1): $100/week

I had both my boys attend Gathering Tree Preschool over the past year. You can feel the love and smell the delicious/healthy breakfast as soon as you walk through the door each morning. Jessica is a mother herself and gave our boys so much attention and affection. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to send our boys to such a wonderful home. My office is completely covered in adorable, fun, and educational art projects the boys did almost every day at preschool. Both my boys excelled in their learning when attending the school and always came home showing us the newest thing they had learned. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks were all provided and were always very nutritious & organic as much as possible. We loved our time at the school and are sad to say our goodbyes. If you are looking for a preschool for your children you can stop looking because you have found a hidden gem.
