Staff at this site are NOT professional. On 5 occasions if I didn't show up 10 till 6 the staff member(receptionist) would wait outside on front steps of the establishment with my son, And receptionist be late late arriving at opening time (6am). The receptionist usually is n her cell phone or texting when I pick my child up . The staff is NOT sincere or does not greet me friendly when I pick my child up. At this site they leave my son out of special activities with every child if present should be included Or celebrations that are given. They also leave his shoes untied and refuse to tie them my child is only 5years old and this type of behaviors from the staff should be corrected
