Documentation is maintained at the facility. Mobiles may be securely attached or hung above the crib provided no part of the mobile is within reach of the child.

At time of visit it was observed a bottle and several hard toys in the crib with a seven month old infant during rest time. A car seat was also observed in the crib with two month old infant during rest time.
