First and foremost, read the reviews this place is NOT a good place for your child. They do not care about their clients or the children there. They like to steal clients money when not providing the services THEY’RE supposed to! This day care center was to watch my child two days a week. This week they cancelled both days same day and then NOT compensate me the next week due to failing to provide the services YOU pay for that they DID NOT PROVIDE this week! Instead of take ownership and accountability and be understanding that a client shouldn’t have to pay for services they didn’t provide! Instead, they make up a completely different scenario in order to make YOU seem like the issue. This place is a joke! They want to say “look at the handbook” as to why they’re ripping clients off. Yet, they certainly like to pick and choose which rules they follow! My sons been going there for a few weeks and at NO POINT was the person who was picking up my child have their ID checked. NOT excluding HIS FIRST DAY! But, it’s in the “handbook” is their excuse as to why it’s okay to rip clients off because this place clearly only cares about money and not the clients that keeps this place in business.
And for the owner to pull the race card when my concerns were regarding being ripped off by the establishment just shows that any child that isn’t African American shouldn’t go there. After expressing my concerns regarding charging me and not providing the service I stated “it clearly seems as you people do not care about your clients” and she said i was being racist by that statement. When in fact it was NOT! Clearly they’re racist and have much bigger issues then acting extremely unprofessional and ignorant! When I signed my child up I gave them the days AND times. Which they were completely okay accepting! Then a week later start turning kids away based off a new made up rule they felt like making! Literally turning clients away if they didn’t drop the children off by 9 am. This establishment is a joke and the owners should be embarrassed of themselves. I’m embarrassed for them.
I gave the owner Veda my money up front and they didn't even watch my kids the last day I was denied service. They discriminated against me for no reason.
