Upon arrival there was a group of preschool age children in the child care room. There were also three school age children in the family room. The sliding glass door between the two rooms was closed and the curtain on the sliding glass room was drawn together.

There were hazardous products in the cabinet under the sink in the children's bathroom. There was half of a vinyl strap lock on one side of the cabinet door.
