Van service is SO unreliable that I lost my job! It's always in the shop or late! They were not using car seat for my 1 year old til I reported them. My older children complain they are mean there. They picked up my kids LATE every Monday from school (early release day). The owner and his brother actually fought in front of my children! And my kids now sing inappropriate songs as well!
They put on other child diapers when I sent a whole pack that week. Not telling me if she ran out. She said she didn't. Then why was she on a different diaper than what u sent. The center downtown was so dirty every time I came down there to drop n pick my child up. The when I switch to the van service. They was coming so late making me late for work. N dropping off to early before I got off work.. Never again
attended ashley location for a few months. only one staff member - young girl maybe 19 - ever smiled. my toddler who never fussed when left at daycare began crying shortly after being moved to this center. other kids hardly smiled. staff & kids didnt look happy. my other toddler complained kids were yelled at & would listen to inappropriate music. child began being rude to siblings and knew song lyrics to music we didnt listen to. childcare is stressful but if you cant employ people that look like they are happy to be there then the children wont be fun either. current facility my children are in is phenomenal, zero separation anxiety & are excited upon arrival. your child will always tell you what you need to know - pay attention!
