Iv'e used this facility for about 8 years now, from my oldest to my youngest. This facility has been amazing and i wouldn't use another daycare if i had the choice. They really do care for the children's safety and set them up for learning in a classroom environment. Would highly recommend!
Beyond awful. The variety of problems with daycare are far beyond my desire to waste the time cataloging them. They faults are serious and ultimately stem from a callous and careless attitude of the owner, spread like a cancer through the operation. It would be an enormous mistake to entrust your precious child to this dumpster fire.
This is a horrible facility! If you're not Mexican they treat you like garbage, if you can't understand Spanish they give you the run around, they NEVER have an incident report to me or would tell me how my child got marks or scratches. They DON'T appropriately watch children allowing them to climb on tables, hit, and they leave them in dirty diapers so long my child comes home with rashes daily!
They expect parents to be available for parent-teacher conferences at DROP OFF in the morning and you never get information in english, they have to translate it for you!
This is the WORST facility I have ever had the displeasure of working with!
