About the Provider

Description: Fun 'n' Friends Nursery School is a preschool program for children 2 « through 5 years old. We offer two, three and four day sessions and do not require a child to be potty-trained to be enrolled. The school was formed in 1980 as a playgroup to meet the needs of members and friends of the United Presbyterian Church of Flanders. At that time the enrollment was 12. The program has since grown to a current enrollment of 126 children. In the spring of 1985, the nursery school was certified by the State of New Jersey. The program is designed to teach basic pre-school fundamentals through educational activities that are fun oriented. Emphasis is placed on the development of a positive self- image, peer socialization and an awareness of God's world, in a warm and caring atmosphere.
