Took my 6 month old out after 1 week. Negligence!! Negligence!! No common sense has my daughter in the crib sweating soaking wet and didn't take jacket off. Asked them to have her on a certain feeding schedule and they did not follow it. Also, left her bottles at home once and they never called to let me know. It wasn't until 12pm that I realized I forgot them at home. I was freaking out because it had been 3 hours since she had any fluids and when I asked the director why no one has called to ask for her bottles she says, "Your child is not the only child we have here!" So, if they don't have time to call me when my child is in need, I definitely would not have her there. Pathetic! To top it off the owner tells me that is leaving is fine for her, it's not a problem. So unprofessional. So glad I took her out of this neglectful daycare. I should have taken her out the first day that they handed her to me sweating her buns off! Telling me that I brought her in a sweater so that's why she's sweating. No common sense! It's called taking the jacket off!
