Stay away, especially if your child has special needs. They are not well versed on the ADA and will do anything and everything to push you out if you have concerns. The assistant director is very unprofessional and rude. The infant to 2yr old room caregivers are wonderful and truly care about the children, but the 3 and up are the opposite. They will call you if your child says ‘no’ to them which is very concerning since they are a childcare center but cannot handle when a child says ‘no’. There are no options to speak with someone above the director if you have an issue with her and you cannot go to her if you have an issue with the assistant director who is dating the director’s daughter. Nothing will be done to those in charge who are doing wrong, instead they will do everything in their power to push you out. My child also has a milk allergy and has been given milk numerous times and all the director will say is ‘oh they’re new to the room so they didn’t know’. Luckily it only causes some GI discomfort, I couldn’t imagine if my child was anaphylactic with his allergy. Please consider another daycare if your child is 3 or above, or has special needs.
