Baby room is excellent! However once your child goes to the next room (9-18 months), it all goes down hill. The teacher, Tia, shouldn't work with kids. First, she said I need to bring my child food that doesn't require her assistance in feeding him because she is too busy with the other kids to help him. Then we are required by law to bring our child milk/juice/water but she won't give it to them and they are so thirsty at the end of the day. And then she blamed my 15-month old child for falling down the cement stairs leading to the playground because he didn't wait for the teacher's help down the steps and that the incident was unavoidable. When I went to pick my child up that day, the disengaged Director didn't know anything about the incident even though my child's face was all bruised!
