I have used this provider for less than 6 months
The owner, Melissa Searan, terminated care for my children after we paid for 2 weeks of care. Her excuse was that she was having surgery and was advised to limit the number of kids in her care but the real reason is because her helper was bringing their child and she would be over ratio. She terminated care without prior notice but requires a 2 week notice if I wanted to change care. She is now listing openings for mid November. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone.
