I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Ms. Gina and all of the staff at First Step are wonderful. They are very attentive to my daughter's needs and take their time to listen and address concerns. I had been to several Nursery Schools prior to going to First Step and I'm so glad that I waited to make a decision. My daughter is in her 2nd year there and I'm sad to think about losing the support of this school next year. She has learned so much from the curriculum and every day I see the progress. First Step is doing a great job in preparing her socially and educationally for Kindergarten. Thank you!
I would not recommend this preschool to any parent out there. Please be aware that Ms Gina O'Connor took advantage of me and my special needs child. Ms O'Connor sent my special needs child home early because she and her staff did not want to deal with his disability. She also took money from me and did not provide me with the services that I paid her for. I regret ever sending my son to this school.
