Violation Observed: Ensure that adequate supervision is maintained at all times throughout the center.At the time of the inspection, a child in the Toddler room was observed pushing his cot towards the rear bathroom. The staff member was unaware that the child has moved so far back during nap time. Staff was reminded to walk around the class even during nap time to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

There were 15 children in the classroom. The center shall retrain all staff on tracking.

Violation Observed: Ensure that all exits and egress areas are unobstructed and that the emergency exit doors are easily operable.At the time of the investigation, a child in the Infant room was sleeping on a cot in front of the exit door. Staff moved the child-clearing the obstruction.
