Worst daycare ever when your a single mom they will not understand you have to go to work to pay bills they will see you paying on your balance and still tell you not to bring your kids til it’s paid I thought church people would understand single parents
I have nothing but good things to say about this childcare. My daughter Melanie attended there from day 1 when they first opened. We just recently left because we relocated and I was very sad. I love the management team and how they addressed any concerns I had. My daughter and I loved Ms.Robin and will miss the the entire staff. I'm not saying they are perfect but I will say they put forth lots of effort to meet family needs. For anyone who has had a negative experience with this childcare is probably because of their own negative energy they contributed. Please let the world know when you find that perfect childcare and when you yourself become perfect. I have seen parents address the staff in a rude way but then get upset because of how they respond to there rudeness. I'm just keeping it real. These ladies take care of our babies all day and then we have the nerve to talk to them crazy. I get it, they are being paid but do you really want to put a price on your child.
such a terrible place to enroll your children in. the employees, directors, and owner are all very sneaky. the facility does have cameras so I do not understand why they would do things they know they shouldn't be doing if they know parents will be watching. Robin, the director, can be very rude at times and talks to you like you're stupid. If you try to talk to her about something, she will ignore you or give you an attitude which i can not stand because I am the customer, she should respect my comments and concerns about the place she is in charge of. honestly, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE INCLUDING FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
I hate this place after I over heard a parent complaining to Ms Natalie about how bad her daughter was being treated by the teacher. How she was placed in the corner away from the rest of the children. This lady had tears in her face asking for answers. If there was a rate for a 0 score I would definitely pick this one! I decided to start looking for another place to have my 2 children be moved to ASAP.
If there was a 0 star I would rather select that option. THE DAYCARE IS VERY SNEAKY SO BE CAREFUL! The children don't receive the proper care.
My daughter was attending this daycare for about 2 years.. I've seen things that made be very uncomfortable and upset that started happening about 6 months ago.. The more you complain the more dirty job they did.. This facility is more interested in having money coming in than worrying about the children being cared for in the daycare.. To bad its a Pastor's wife that owns it (she's never there to talk to you when you have a concern).. I had the opportunity to talked to other parents and they also were very concern about the type of care their children were receiving. . THE STAFF IS MORE FOCUS ON STUPIDITY THAN BEING ACTIVE WITH THE CHILDREN IN THEIR CLASS.. Oh and be very careful if one of the employee's child is in the same room with your child because they are very over protective with them since they become good friends with each other (employee w/teacher) Ms Natalie can be very rude and at times she talks to you like you're an idiot.. but Ms Janelle is a sweet heart I enjoyed talking to her a lot she's very helpful and understanding (I wish her the best in life!)... EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT AND CLEAN DON'T GET FOOLED!!!
