The care here has seriously declined. Emily has no helpers and I continue to find her breaking the law that STATES she may not have more than 2 children under the age of 2 in her care at any time. She constantly does and doesn't seem to care that she's blatantly breaking the laws of the county and state. I have finally called to report her. This has gone on far too long. She will lie about it with a smile but it's the truth. It's sad because at one point she was a good provider. Her care levels are abysmal now.
