Triumph, Inc. is an independent non-profit 501c3 agency incorporated in 1965. TRIUMPH is an acronym that stands for "Taunton Responds in Unison Many People Help". This spirit of community support remains an integral part of Triumph's work today. Initial funding came in the form of a federal Head Start grant during the summer of 1965 as part of President Lyndon Johnson's War on Poverty. Forty-eight years, later the Head Start program remains a central focus of the agency. Triumph's exceptionally high quality programming focuses on children under the age of five. We are deeply committed to the belief that parents are a child's first and most important teacher. We work in close partnership with families and offer a range of programs and opportunities that support families in growing strong and successful children. The agency is committed to ensuring that children and families of all socio-economic levels in the city of Taunton and town of Raynham, Massachusetts have access to the very best early childhood experiences.
