Very very poor and horrible experience. I will never ever send my child to this day care and strongly recommend other parents to stay away from this day care. It is run by very bad and unprofessional management and staff members.
We saw teachers were not following proper hygiene and were not washing hands after handling dirty diapers. probably even serving food to the children. Poor kids, I feel for them.
We decided to pull our child because what we saw at school at the first day. Improper hygiene practices and bad eating schedule. I reached out to the day care director "Amanda Schulz" and even one of the board members "Emily P" and they both were so rude, I never had that kind of experience before.
I paid $1400.00 upfront and didn't even left my child for one day. I requested to give me at least half of the money back but they totally refused. I explained them the reason but they said that is not enough and even hung up phone on me. Very very rude.
The director and board members are the biggest bullies, how they will have any positive affect on the teachers and staff to leave any positive impact on the kids?
