I'd like to share my recent experience with Fairview School. Initially, I was optimistic about the changes when they welcomed a new director late last year, anticipating a fresh beginning and positive transformation. Out of the blue, there was a change in directors.
Another office member assumed the role of director. From a parent's perspective, the parent app, crucial for staying informed about my child's updates, and payments, remained non-functional for nearly two months. Each week, I noticed a new teacher in my child's room without a proper introduction. The visible fatigue among the teachers and the anxiety my child began showing during drop-offs were concerning.
Through my conversations with my children's teachers, it became evident that there was a unanimous sentiment among them about the shortcomings of the new director.
The decline in the school's quality has been so stark that I had to make the difficult decision to withdraw my child from Fairview. It's disheartening to see it no longer upholding the standards it once maintained.
