Regarding 11/10/2022 complaint. Toddler classroom had 9 children with 2 staff and pre-school classroom had 17 children with 2 staff. All children were together in a field playing. Ratio is determined by the youngest child. Therefore, ratio is determined by Toddlers. 5 children per 1 staff. On 11/10/2022, there were 26 total children. Therefore ratio of 5 children per 1 adult was not maintained.
