| Findings: Specialist witnessed several hazardous items in the bathroom that were accessible to children. The bathroom closet was ajar and specialist witnessed cleaning supplies(bleach products) on the shelf. The door did not have a latch to keep children from accessing it. The provider had a bathroom supply cart next to her sink that contained, rubbing alcohol and peroxide. When inspecting the kitchen, the specialist witnessed a full coffee pot on the edge of the counter. The glass pot was warm to the touch and easily accessible to any of the children in care. | |||
