The provider had a bathroom supply cart next to her sink that contained, rubbing alcohol and peroxide. When inspecting the kitchen, the specialist witnessed a full coffee pot on the edge of the counter. The glass pot was warm to the touch and easily accessible to any of the children in care. | |||
