Description: EPIC was formed and incorporated as a Non-Profit in 1979. The group who formed EPIC was the same group who had been delivering Head Start services to children and families in the Yakima Valley since 1965. This almost fifty years of delivering Early Childhood Education services has resulted in a culture of service delivery excellence!
