I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My 1 year old son was kicked out for "biting".. I had been informed in the past he had biten but never given any kind of warning until the day they told me he wasn't allowed to return. Also, anytime I've asked employees questions about my son and the care they provide I get a runaround answer or I don't know, you have to ask so and so.
