I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I have been inside and interviewed this childcare provider. There was a dog free and barking about. The play area is actually a living room with living room furniture and 3 toys laying in the middle of the floor. There were no educational boards, pictures, drawings, letters etc. The television was playing Spanish novelas the entire time. I would not recommend.
