SAFETY PLAN: The operator is required to submit to the Children and Youth Agency a plan of supervision or alternate arrangement as required by the Child Protective Services Law. Noncompliance Area: At approximately 1:35pm during naptime in the Toddler Room, while assessing naptime supervision and ratio, there were 1 Preschool Aged Child, 9 Older Toddler Aged Children, and 6 Younger Toddler Aged Children. One Staff Member named 1PS child and 3 OT children, one staff named 6 OT aged children and one staff named 5 YT aged children, this left out one Young Toddler Aged Child. When asked a second time they replied the same way leaving the one young toddler aged child out again.

Correction Required: Each staff person shall be assigned the responsibility for supervision of specific children. The staff person shall know the names and whereabouts of the children in his assigned group. The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.
