About the Provider

The Elizabeth Perry Rushton Child Development Center was created by First Presbyterian Church of Birmingham as a mission to the community and to support families working in the downtown area. First Church is committed to serving the downtown community and volunteers from the church have helped fulfill this commitment through their participation in the First Light Womenâ€™s Shelter, AIDS Outreach, Firehouse soup kitchen, Meals on Wheels, Boy Scouts, and Greater Birmingham Ministries.
