If I could give negative reviews i would. I was employed by this company (Elite Start) on 8-10 when state came thru to do our compliance check. And I was told by the director Cindy to let her do all the speaking to the state inspector and Cindy lied about the ages of several children in my care, i had a 4.5 month old that she tried to claim as a 9 month old. I also had 3 other employees i had never met come thru my room and pick up 3 infants and leave the room then when the inspector left my class room. They slipped thru a side door and gave my 3 kids back to me again. I was not there one day where this complex was in ratio of students to staff. And they only kept accepting kids. Very few of the actual staff really care about the kids and those are the first staff to be run out because those staff report the conditions as unsafe.
