Description: Vista Unified School District hosts ten state funded part day preschool sites at Beaumont, Bobier, Casita Center, Foothill Oak, Grapevine, Hannalei, Maryland, Mission Meadows, Temple Heights, and Vista Academy of the Performing Arts elementary schools. These preschool programs are operated by Educational Enrichment Systems. Educational Enrichment Systems also operates two full day preschools in Vista; Vista Child Development Center (housed in the Vista Boys and Girls Club on West California Avenue) and the David and Jillian Early Education Campus (behind California Avenue School on Avenida de Benito Juarez). In order to participate in the program, parents of enrolled children must meet income eligibility requirements as determined by the California Department of Education.
