I thought this was a good place , but I think I misjudged the director Ms.Lee. First off since when do I need permission to come at a certain time? The center's posted hours are 630 am to 6pm. Any hours within that time period are considered a day. I prepay for the week and then I'm told I can't leave the kids because it was after 9. The director was very rude and said why are they so late? What were you doing? Ok! I am unaware for the need to tell you my personal business. I have paid for 2 fulltime spots so unless i call and say they aren't coming assume they are. I've never had to take food to a daycare center or Kleenex. I provide snacks for the baby because they say she doesn't get enough to eat. If my husband wouldn't have been able to take off i would have to miss work when I've paid for 2 fulltime spots. The food is supposed to be in the price of daycare. So if I prepay for 2 spots then why wouldn't there be enough food for the 2 spots I prepaid for. I ran a daycare business for many years prior to nursing and I can assure you I did not treat people like this. I was also told that they couldn't stay because she didn't think they would nap. Since when is that a criteria for staying at daycare. If you lay them down they will nap. Very frustrating and I think fraudulent. I gave you money PREPAID for week then was denied to leave the children. What if you have appointment or you dont have to work til after 9? It was not said I could not adjust hours. I was told 630-6 and it didn't matter as long a picked up by 6. Also not a fan of 6 children toileting at same time and door is open with teacher in doorway. My grandaughter is almost 4 and I think we should be learning proper bathroom etiquette
