Had my 3 year old, attend this school. Issues from the start and the communication between the staff and parents is abysmal.
The owner Sharon has no face for the daycare, no contact info other than an email. And is very rude and condescending.
I had no choice but to use this daycare since it’s close to work but I advise if you care for your child’s well being, don’t take them here.
The staff is subpar, and also no affection shown to the children, at least from what I saw.
Also you better get receipts for what your paying for because if they charge you, they can’t tell you what’s it for and no explanation…
I ended paying over 400 just to get my second kid enrolled in that school, with no explanation as to why, other than they can’t figure it out… my second child has autism and non verbal, so he is challenging. The staff isn’t equipped for kids with special needs seeing as the second day my son was there he jumped the fence and was only found when passerby’s called the police.
I understand kids do wild things but if you’re getting payed to take care of my kids I expect that. He had enough time and was unsupervised to get to the main road. What does that tell you?
This place needs to be inspected. The place is very dirty and looks like repairs should be done throughout the facility. The rooms smell disgusting makes you wonder if they are even cleaning the place appropriately.
