I wish I could give no stars. Absolutely 100% a rip off. We sent my son here for 6 months. During those 6 months, she took 2 weeks vacation which we had to pay full price for, switched days and times around so often that I lost my job. I got severely sick with Covid and my family was quarantined almost 4 weeks, all of which she made us pay full price for! She then took two different 10 day quarantines and made us pay her while she quarantined too because "she can't claim unemployment." Absolutely 100% unprofessional and ripped us off. I am a first time mom and was weary of putting my son in daycare but I wanted to provide more for my family. I figured if I made enough money to pay for the daycare then anything else would be extra for my family. Her and her ridiculous ripoff policies only aim to steal your money. Because of that I actually had to drain my entire account so she could vacation on our dime. So sad. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and look elsewhere. It also is in her policy book that any other time off besides what is listed is FREE but she doesn't adhere to her own policies.
