Established in July 2000, CCEDC provides child care and early childhood education for low-income families based on eligibility and need. The Mission of the CCEDC is to help children and families succeed through early education and quality child care and development services. The Vision of CCEDC is to be the leading provider of high-quality child care and development services for children.
