About the Provider
ECS Head Start, Early Head Start, and State Preschool are federally funded programs that offer high-quality early childhood and family education at no cost to qualifying families. Through our programs, we are able to meet the educational, emotional, social, health, and nutritional needs of children ages 0-5 and their families. Today we serve more than 2,000 families in San Diego each year and hope to continue building a bridge to a brighter future.
