About the Provider
Pearl Ridge Elementary School is located in the heart of the Aiea community, overlooking Pearl Harbor. It first opened its doors in September 1972, with an enrollment of 455 students from grades K through 6.
In 1993, Pearl Ridge Elementary was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon Schools. This program recognizes both public and private elementary, middle and high schools where students perform at very high levels or where significant improvements are being made in students' levels of academic achievement.
Today, it is a year round school that cares for a diverse population of approximately 600 students (pre-K - 6) with a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and learning abilities.
