i feel this day care is understaffed for the amount of children they have that are in the 2 year old range.  For the older children the staff does not teach coloring skills or how to hold a pencil or crayon properly.  They have too many discipline problems for them to be able to concentrate on teaching any educational skills that the parents should be teaching
