Description: Early Learners Children's Academy is a locally owned and operated preschool and childcare center with two locations in San Diego. Since 1997, ELCA has been offering high quality childcare with experienced and credentialed staff, academically based curriculum, custom developed operating and safety procedures and on-going staff training to ensure the best possible care and wellness for your child. We invite you to take a tour at one of our locations and to schedule a free half-day visit so you experience the quality of care we offer.
