Description: The Early Learners centers now offer programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, before-and-after school and summer programs for grade schoolers, and include children with special needs. They also began providing transportation to and from school and home on their bright green school buses in 2006. Starting in the fall of 2008, they became partners with the Dubuque Community Schools providing free four year old preschool
