About the Provider
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
My personal philosophy of education is based upon providing all children with a safe, healthy, learning environment. I believe through love and nurturing children will eagerly learn all that is available to them. Learning takes place best when children feel respected, safe, and secure. The environment must be acceptable to all children for learning to take place. Children learn through various ways by observing others, doing it themselves, creating, feeling, tasting, and smelling. Daily activities are based on the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical needs of each individual child. Our teachers are willing to let each child develop at his or her own pace. They are caring, nurturing, responsive, educated, and honest. Our teachers are willing to learn new things with all enrolled children in their care.
