Description:
The Downtown Ithaca Childen's Center provides a creative and culturally diverse environment that fosters the emotional, social and intellectual development of children. We do so by incorporating the involvement of families, staff, and our community in all of our work.
We have been operating for over 30 years, and have a highly trained and experienced staff that carefully track each child's social and emotional development. Our goal is to have every child that comes to our center develop all of the skills needed to succeed in any future education experience.
We offer full time care for children 6 weeks to 5 years old and afterschool programs for school age children up to 6th grade.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
