Dreams Academy Daycare

If I could give zero stars, I would. Per the rules and regulations of this daycare, we were allowed to return our child to the facility with a doctor's excuse, but were denied after waiting 2 and a half hours for said doctor's excuse the night before. When the provider told us we were not allowed to bring our child back, we were told if we pushed back on it, our placement would be terminated. This left us with 9 days of daycare we paid for that has not been returned, and we have been blocked/ignored on all forms of communication. We have had to get a lawyer involved just to get our funds returned to us to no avail. I do not wish this on anyone, as $234 is a lot of money to be out of when finding a new provider. She also tells you the night before that she will go on vacation/close leaving you scrambling for a backup. She blames everyone else, frequently leaves her children in charge of watching the kids, and sometimes isn't even present at drop off or pickup. Just avoid if you can.
