At the time of the visit, under the kitchen sink, behind a child deterrent, there were cleaning supplies that said, "keep out of the reach of children". Items that state this must be under lock and key or physically out of the reach of the tallest child enrolled. Deterrents do not count as locks.

At the time of the visit, the yard was not completely fenced off. The outdoor play area must be completely fenced in with a permenat fence

I plan to provide an enclosed fence here in the next 2 weeks or sooner. I will send Aaron pictures once both of these noncompliances are fixed.
