Unfortunately this could be a wonderful place to work but it isn’t. Lead teachers here are bullies and pick out teachers in their class to bully also. Admin seldom steps out of the office so they believe everything that the leads say. If you don’t jump when a lead asks you to it’s said you don’t communicate well. It’s not the truth, and good communication to them is agreeing with everything they ask of you. You aren’t allowed to use your own mind you’re trained to be a unthinking zombie. Teachers constantly leave to get therapy because of such a bad experience. Inside the classes they don’t follow philosophy that’s spoken about in tours. It’s a shame such mean women exist.

I know the other reviews may sound like bitter employees but here I am a PARENT and I am going to review my experience. I don't even know where to begin on how awful this facility was to my child. They taught my child to disrespect and talk back to me and my husband. It started off small but then would grow into "I'm not ready yet" when it came to eating dinner, taking a bath, picking up toys, she expected us to cater to her and she expected us to completely rearrange our whole life to accommodate her wants because that's what this school does. Kids do not have a schedule, they eat play and sleep when they want. They claim it helps grow the "whole child" - no it helps groom and create self-centered entitled brats that you see running around today thinking the world owes them a hand out. I have a good guess they started at Disney.It took several months to break my dagher bad habits they learned here but we finally did. I only put my child here because I worked for them but when my husband and I moved, I felt it was time to share. Not to mention, I had a friend whose daughter was severely injured here because she was not being supervised. So from a PARENT view, this place was indeed awful. And the other reviews don't surprise me because I never got a professional vibe from any "teacher" here.

I find it refreshing to see people finally speak up about this place and how things are truly handled by Disney. Sure it is nice to see a company provide childcare for its workers but it’s how the center is operating and whom they hire that makes all the difference. The parents and kids were fine but the employees are another story. I was excited to start my child development career but it turned into heartache fast. I was always gossiped about for having adhd, a do have a concentration problem but I was upfront with everyone and they seemed to understand but would tell admin what a terrible teacher I was. They gossiped all the time about each other and would smile to their face. Certain teachers showed favoritism towards students whose parents were high up in the Disney company. No one here communicates but is taught to complain to their lead on anything and everything. It was a very stressful environment that landed me on a whole different medication because the turmoil here was detrimental to my health. I guarantee the people clicking “not useful” are the bullies of Disney who want to keep the Disney name positive but people are learning to voice their hurt. As a parent do not bring your child here and expose them to the behavior that is taught here. They do not teach academics. They do not teach discipline or routine. Find another school and please if you are wanting to work at this center think twice I beg of you. Don’t make the mistake I did and think because it’s Disney it will be magical. It’s not at all. Unless you act like a bully and a tyrant you won’t survive this mess.

wish I could give zero stars. It was one of the worst working experiences and learning environments I have ever been in. This place does not put children first, but the employees all they worry about is being able to gossip on their brakes have clicks in the classroom and whoever they don’t like they just single out and bully. I won 110% agree with other reviewer‘s when employees here are easily bullied and gossiped about, the director is an admin don’t care if you are bullied because they say it’s your fault you’re not likable. The students who were given really good care were the students of parents who were high on top of the Disney rank but if they were working for Disney on the lower level they hardly got any attention. The kids here are not taught academics at all but are taught how to talk back when they don’t want to do something. I met some of the meanest and worst teachers ever in the field at this place.

Disney has left a bad taste in my mouth. This company was terrible to me and the children. They did not care for the children's needs, all they cared about were the teachers getting breaks and chatting on their phones while on the playground. This place was full of disrespectful employees and don't even get me started on the director! Disney or not, this place is a nightmare!

Working here was absolutely abusive! So many employees belittled me, treated me as the scapegoat if anything went wrong. The director did nothing to support me nor did my lead teacher. It was the worst working experience of my life and I will forever warn people to never work for them! As for academics, they don't do any. They let the kids walk all over the teachers and you can't say anything but be their doormat.

An amazing school with a tremendous facility, extremely high parent/teacher ratios, great activities, and an amazing amount of feedback for parents. Not sure what the 1 star review above saw, but our 2.5 year old loves the school and has really blossomed since going there.

I found that the teachers were very clear in communication with me as I toured the classrooms for my children. The infants are involved in the RIE method and the children are being taught under the guidance of the Reggio concept. Both of these concepts are great and allow the children to deveope at their own pace. Can't wait!

For Disney, I really expected more academics and learning but I did not fibd this here. All I observed were children playing with old projectors and writing on their hands and face. I did one tour and one was enough!
